Lilly Endowment Inc., an Indianapolis-based private philanthropic foundation, is pleased to announce its successful Teacher Creativity Fellowship Program for 2015.

For 2015 the Endowment will offer up to 100 grants of $10,000 each to Indiana's public and private school teachers (including guidance counselors and library/media specialists), principals and assistant principals for projects of the individual's choice.

A Registration Form for the program is available by clicking on the appropriate link below. You must use the Registration Form to compile and print personal information that you will submit with your proposal. Please note that the form cannot be submitted online.
